Description |
Due to heavy dilapidation, it is not known who the stele talks about. However, the overall content seems to extol the virtues of a person who could have been the governor of this city, by praising the fact that the person is highly respected and powerful, observed Buddhism, always kept promises, possessed Dharma which is selfless-sacrifice and compassion, and respected teachers. |
