The content says that King Jayavarman 6th or Vraḥ Pāda Parama Kaivalyapada (1623-1650 B.E.) royally commanded the three officials who shared the same name of Rājapativarman to have their names inscribed on the golden certificate to be kept at Kamrateṅ jagat or the holy place.
