The writing says that in 1182 B.E. a government official in the position of Si Nāhv had offered slaves, a garden close by, a gardener, articles suitable for alms, plots of rice fields, and cattle to the Vihāra and had commissioned a man named Vā Kathok to take care of these offerings. Later, the incumbent Si Nahv also offered slaves and a garden nearby to the Vihāra in keeping with a tradition held by people in his position. |
