Bodin's obervations in Amphur Myang police station.

| April 1969. Bodin (Assistant Researcher of Moerman?) observed at the Muang District Police Station. There were many interesting issues noted such as 1) Steps for blotter notation; 2) Steps to proceed the bail of the accused, which required a bailsman and a security bond (land). According to Bodin, if the accused was familiar with the police, arranging the bail for the accused was efficient and faster; 3) In some cases, if the offender worked with government agencies, there might be no detention. But the accused could surrender later. | Punch card

| April 4, 1969. Badin paid a fine because he commited a fault against the law. Moerman followed Bodin and both observed that officers who were responsible for payment of the fine calculated the fine differently, and depended on the dress and occupation. He also expressed dissatisfaction with the police who issued an order to Bodin and did not accept bribes. | Punch card
