Scope and content : April 1969. Bodin (Assistant Researcher of Moerman?) observed at the Muang District Police Station. There were many interesting issues noted such as 1) Steps for blotter notation; 2) Steps to proceed the bail of the accused, which required a bailsman and a security bond (land). According to Bodin, if the accused was familiar with the police, arranging the bail for the accused was efficient and faster; 3) In some cases, if the offender worked with government agencies, there might be no detention. But the accused could surrender later.
