Scope and content : April 4, 1969. Badin paid a fine because he commited a fault against the law. Moerman followed Bodin and both observed that officers who were responsible for payment of the fine calculated the fine differently, and depended on the dress and occupation. He also expressed dissatisfaction with the police who issued an order to Bodin and did not accept bribes.
