Scope and content : May 29; June 3 and 14, 1969. The agreement to lease a fluoride mine that a foreign company had made to the Bureau of the Crown Property caused a problem. Because the texts in English and in Thai were not consistant with either the business benefits, company names and other agreements. Lastly, the agreement was modified as follows: 1) The company may terminate the operation immediately if it was incapable of pursuing the work without waiting up to 90 days; 2) The company was willing to change its name to be consistent; 3) The company shall not claim reimbursement from the Bureau of Crown Property.
