August 9, 1964 A letter from C. W. and Leis Callaway to Moerman, relating the construction of a road to Chiang Rai, changes and well-being of himself and others.

September 12, 1964 A letter from Mel to Moerman, relating the flood in Ban Phaed and the life of the villagers. Some thought the writer was Moerman when he visited there.

April 17, 2506 B.E. A letter from Po Saeng to Moerman, expressing gratitude to Moerman about his newborn child, and informing Moerman that he had received all the gifts. He also informed him about the damaged rice of the villagers.

August 2, 1963 A letter from William Gedney to Moerman, giving his comments on research and thanking Moerman for the information. He proposed that Moerman keep the information about the Tai Lue.

April 9, 1959 A letter from P. D. J. Campbell to Moerman related to his research in Burma and details such as expense and language learning, etc.

April 27, 1959 A letter from Moerman to P. D. J. Campbell, expressing thankfulness for the information about research study in Myanmar, and discussing the limits of conducting research there. The reason he would travel to Thailand was to find a location for June.

May 14, 1959 A letter from P. D. J. Campbell to Moerman, expressing his gladness that they could meet each other. He talked about travel in Myanmar, his life and the government authorities. He encouraged Moerman to travel to Thailand, to find a good source of information and good people.
