| Late November a couple, a man and woman, were arrested on charges of stealing vehicles. The woman claimed that the man persuaded her to ride a motorcycle without knowing that the motorcycle was stolen. Lastly, the man confessed and accepted that the woman was not involved. She was acquitted. | April 30, 1969. The lawyer who had conducted the case of Mrs. Chan changed the witness from Suthon to Suwat. Suthon explained to Moerman that the judgement was based on the court's discretion, as to what the truth was. On May 29, 1969 the witness in this case was still being investigated on the charge of perjury at the district court. | Punch card

| April 29, 1969. Pat told Moerman that people were interested in the case of Mrs. Chan Thiem, because it was related to the corruption of the police. The captain of the Saraphi District Police Station said that the witness reversed his testimony because of a bribe from the defendant.
