Scope and content : Late November a couple, a man and woman, were arrested on charges of stealing vehicles. The woman claimed that the man persuaded her to ride a motorcycle without knowing that the motorcycle was stolen. Lastly, the man confessed and accepted that the woman was not involved. She was acquitted. The court sentenced the man to imprisonment, but the sentence was suspended (Moerman noted everything that happens including court attires, answers and questions, and the interactions of the people in the court).
