| June 22, 1968. A young man was accused of stealing buffalo, but there was not enough evidence. The witnesses saw the defendant at night and they could not determine whether the defendant was with animals, and which kind. The court dismissed the lawsuit for this reason. Later the police found the missing buffalo. | December 16, 1968. Fraud in the case of the Department of Telegraph, with damages estimated as more than 10 million baht. The judge focused specifically on the details of the telegraph poles and wires. On 18 June1969 this case was still in the process because it was difficult to find evidence for the bribes that contractors paid to the defendant. From an initial investigation it was found that the telegraph poles were installed, but they were not standardized.
