The first collection comprises her work as a photojournalist in Southeast Asia between 1984–1991, capturing her deep interest in the supernatural. Most of these photographs were taken in Thailand and Malaysia, with some from Hong Kong, Singapore, and Indonesia.
The second collection began when she returned to Thailand in 2000 to conduct anthropological research on spirit mediums, focusing on the Nora tradition, which she continued to study for 18 years. For practical reasons, she shifted from using 35mm slides to color negatives as her primary medium for field research.
