Scope and content :

“Ethnic groups studies” series (from the late of 1970’s to 1990’s) – 33 records. Through cultural materials, Associate Professor Vongvipak considered ethnicity from different perspectives: ways of life, ethnic identity, change and persistence. In the early of his studies, he conducted the fieldworks in Nan province where various ethnic groups lived, such as Lue, Tin, Khamu, Hmong, Mien and Malabri.
