Scope and content :
This series consist of 677 photographs from ethnographic fieldwork in 1963-1964 conducted by Charles F. Keyes in northeastern Thailand: Maha Sarakham, Roi Et, Nakhon Ratchasima, Khon Kaen, Mukdahan, Kalasin, and Nakhon Phanom. His field research focused on religion, rites, ceremonies, ethnic groups, and history of northeastern Thailand.
