| June 27, 1969. Sansern was expected to be appointed to the position of Deputy Minister of Justice or he would be chairman of the Supreme Court. He was highly talented and received la aw degree at the age of twenty-three years. At the age of thirty-three years he was Chief Judge in Phuket. Although the new position was higher, it was less important and had less power. | May 21, 1969. Opinions of the various judges on judgments. Even if the accused were guilty in similar cases, the penalty they received may vary depending on the discretion of the individual judge. This was because the motivation of the accused varied. If the same penalty was applied for all the similar cases, the judgment of the court would be no longer necessary. March 28, 1969. The employer would agree to pay compensation if the employee caused the damages to the third party, such as in case of accidents. | June 10, 1969. According to Thai law, Prawin focused on "intent" because it could be used in court to prove the actions of human beings, as according to the saying, "Actions are indicators of intent.” For example, people who buy stolen goods acknowledging they were stolen shall be judged guilty, and be punished with imprisonment. But people who buy from dealers who bought the stolen goods without knowing the source may be punished with just a penalty. | May 23, 1969. Penthip released an insane person who illegally carried a gun without penalty. This was because he considered that the man to be mentally unbalanced. However if it is a serious crime, the state of the person would need to be clinically diagnosed while he was committing the incident – to determine whether he had a mental disorder or not. | Punch card

Law between parents - child

| Mid-May 1969. If a child committed an offense against the property of parents, the penalty would be determined as less guilty than with others. In addition, there could be negotiation and compromise. If the offense concerned the use of force on parents, the penalty would become more severe than with other people. | Punch card
