Scope and content : August 25, 1960. Sao went to the police station to bail Waen out on the charges of stealing buffalo. He introduced a bill from the tax payment on land for mortgage security. However, the bill could not be used to bail out the accused. Later Waen was bailed out because he was slandered by the police. The village headman and the villagers believed in the words of Waen because he was young, and he had never behaved badly before. (event related with the document no. MM-21-717 – translator).
