Scope and content : April 28, 1960. Villagers had gathered to witness the separation (divorce?) of Chanthapawn and Chan Ban as a result of Chanthapawn’s fondness for drinking alcohol at all times. There was a contract within which the agreement covered division of property. For example, the cattle was still common property. It would be taken care of by Chanthapawn. However, he had no right to sell if both parties did not agree to it. If either party was required to reconcile the other had to compensate with the amount of 500 Baht.
