Name of creator(s) : Michael Moerman

Scope and content : April 12-18, 1960. Moerman observed the work of the headman, and interesting points were noted. Firstly, members of the committee talked about the money which was spent by the headman for building materials. Second, the headman wanted to choose a new village committee, but many members at the meeting disagreed. M. No denounced the fact that the money collected from the last year was lost by the headman. Some members warned M. No to not smear the headman in public because he had worked hard for the village. Third, during the meeting M. No said that he wanted to resign from the board of the monastery. He believed that village headman misappropriated money that might be used for building renovations and instead used it for his own farming. Fourth, M. No told the story of his resignation from the board and the misappropriation of donations by the headman to the abbot. Thus, the abbot called the members of the committee to ask for the reality.
