Scope and content : July 14, 1960. A flock of villagers talked about the village headman who wasted a lot of money for gambling. The sum of money did not belong to the village headman (Monastery donation?), and he also owed many people. M. Nor told Moerman that he should not lend money or his bicycle to the headman. The district administration did not know yet that the headman had misappropriated the money of the village. Moerman did not understand why the villagers still deposited donations to a person like the headman, who had a lack of credibility.
