Scope and content : March 17, April 12.Village headman misappropriated temple funds. At a meeting the attendees agreed that they needed to sell some rice in case the monastery wanted to spend money. However some did not agree because the village headman was guilty of the misappropriation of the temple funds. The headman should be responsible for returning it to the monastery by selling cattle or carts.
