Scope and content : June 19, 1969. The Ministry of Education subsidized private schools less than public schools. It resulted in many private schools being unable to run their business. Sansern, who was responsible for education, had no knowledge of the matter at all. Sometimes the students were encouraged in an area in which they were not interested in; for example, the student wanted to study law, but they were supposed to enroll in engineering etc.
