Scope and content : November 6, 1968. Pakorn was Chief District Officer of Mae Thaeng district. He wanted Moerman to conduct research in the district to ensure effective management. Moerman began to study teenagers and count the number of areas where electricity was available. On November 20 he organized a meeting at the school and invited Dean Nibondh and Clark Neher. But he was not sure that they were able to come.
