Scope and content : November 12, 1968. Mary Ann went to a provincial kindergarten where Mrs. Bupim Nimanhemindra was the principal. Moerman observed the students and their activities. The activites were similar, but the difficulty of the activities would be increased dependent on their age range. For instance, with coloring skills in the class of the younger students, teachers taught them to hold crayons, while in the class of older children they drew various pictures. They would sing and point to different parts of body. For children in the higher-level class, they danced with a variety of movements.
