Firstly, Preda paid for the fete, he did not intend to persuade people to choose him to be a representative. Secondly, Nibond asked the district officers to not add the names of the members of the National Committee. Thirdly, the discussion also concerned the number of shows and the performers, for which there would be donations. They also mentioned the number of police officers, forestry officers and district officers. Fourthly, the assistant district officer introduced Nibond with some words in simple Thai.
