Scope and content : February 13, 1969. Moerman made notes about an election. The candidates were renowned and would be elected to the National Council. However, many officers in the court were worried about corruption because the cases of ballot papers from Mae Cham had arrived late and they had heard about people arrested by the police on charges of corruption. He dropped twelve election ballots in the case. It was expected that the election would be void.
