Scope and content : June 10, 1969. A guard carried a gun. An officer of the district authorities commented that the guard should keep the gun in secret, and the police would not cause a problem if the chief district officer guaranteed it. However, the district administration officer refused to do so. The police recorded the incident in the daily log and would proceed to the next step. Suthon went to see the PP to reduce the penalty for the accused by requesting the payment of a fine instead of imprisonment.
