Later, his uncle took the document to change the name of his father into the name of his the uncle, to make a sale without his father’s acknowledgment. His father had since passed away, and his uncle sold the land with right of redemption for the amount of 60,000 Baht. Currently its value had risen up to 80,000 Baht. But he would not receive the 20,000 baht of difference to settle the case. He thought that the borrower and his uncle might be responsible for an act of swindling.
