Scope and content : July 31, 1969. Two privates were riding a motorcycle and a car had crashed into them. They were wounded and brought to the hospital. Later, they were all called to the police station and the soldiers were told not to compromise by accepting money from the driver of the car. They were accused as culprits, and the soldiers were very angry and refused the money. They informed their captain about the accident, and he came to consult Bodin. He thought that the police might not force the privates to settle the conflict by receiving money without an investigation. Finally, the captain decided to contact the police to ask for an investigation and witness identification.
