Scope and content : April 30, 1969. While Suthon drove for lunch, a motorcycle had hit his car, and the rider had fled. But he had already noted the motorcycle registration number. Suthon went to report the accident at the police station and gave the number to the police to find the culprit. Later police contacted him to tell the rider's name, however every time Suthon had gone to see him, he had never been there.
