Scope and content : May 29, 1969. Pra Win was skilled in cross-examination. He could use a couple of questions to suppress the questions of the opposition’s witnesses. For example in the case of heroin, he questioned the police about the time a subordinate pretended to buy heroin, or if anyone had witnessed the heroin trading. These questions were just enough to allow the accused off from the allegations because they could not prove the evidence.
