Scope and content : 24-25 June 1965 - If the ground is very hard a double plow is needed. This strategy kills the grass, while moistening and softening the soil. Nonetheless, those who double plow frequently find that their soil is hard. Every year farmers wait for the rain to water the Ban fields but now they want to run off to Thunglaw because they are afraid it will be too late there. Many farmers use fertilizer when the seedlings do not germinate well.
