Scope and content : January 17, 1969. Tanin, the former Chief Judge of Chiang Mai Provincial Court, had commented on the objection of the lawyers during the trial as stupidity. It would make him lose the lawsuit and no one would hire them to practice anymore. As well, prosecutors only look forward to winning the lawsuit, and were not interested in whether the defendant was innocent or not. They wanted to have a good reputation.
