Scope and content : March 12, 1969. At the law firm of Sutham clients came to consult about a variety of cases. In the first example, a man had run a rice mill business without a license from the district administration; as a result he was charged a fine of 2,500 baht. However according to the law, the state could only charge a penalty to the sum of 300 baht. So he came to consult with Sutham to find a solution. Second, a young woman came to consult Sutham about a case of receiving compensation for her land, which had been taken for the site of a dam construction.
