Scope and content : March 29, 1969. Pradit held a draft loan agreement to guarantee land. A problem occurred because the borrower had not repayed the loan and was deceased. The creditor wanted to seize land as collateral, but his brother had ineherited the land. However, as he was still a minor, he could be signatory to a contract. A cadaster official encouraged the boy's mother to sell their land to him, instead of allowing the creditor to settle the debt. Pradit needed to clear up the case.
