According to his opinion, such act was equal to torture the accused in the past. Then, Moerman interviewed Prawin and Tharin about the cases such as illegal lottery, illegal logging, and portable gun without license. Especially the case of firearms, Prawin filed the lawsuit to the Supreme Court.
