Scope and content : February 13, 1969. Penthip sat out the bench for a case on burglary and murder. Two suspects robbed a grocery store and killed one person. The accused confessed and was jailed during the trial. The plaintiff testified that he did not clearly see the accused, because he saw it from a side view and saw it for only a moment. In the afternoon Penthip asked Moerman to not tape the trial because the case was serious and the accused could receive the death penalty.
