Scope and content : June 17, 1969. The Chiang Rai Airport staff called Moerman, asserting that his child had broken a sink in the restroom of the airport. However, Moerman disagreed and countered, saying that the sink was broken and fell on his son. The staff wanted to file a criminal prosecution because it was the director's restroom, which was open to the general public. Moerman decide to call the sheriff and Arkom. Both of them helped resolve the situation, defending Moerman by emphasizing that the airport was a public place. If there was to be a lawsuit for damages, it might be filed with the civil court, not as a criminal prosecution.
