Scope and content :  March 26, 1969. A woman sued the municipality claiming that her legs were broken because of negligence in repairing roads. The Court of First Instance and the Supreme Court pronounced that the municipality was guilty. However, the municipality continued to refuse to take responsibility and claimed that the fault derived from the contractor. In addition, the municipality had no money to pay compensation to the woman, and to find an alternative to compensate for the damages (?).
