Scope and content : December 19, 1968. Moerman made notes on the court system 1) Heroin cases and arson cases were under the responsibility of the court-martial. Most of these cases would not proceed to an appeal. 2) In every case, two copies would be printed of the judge's opinion and the verdict, the first would be held at the court (Court of First Instance?) and the second sent to the Court Of Appeal 3) Most of the cases that proceeded to the Court of Appeal involved money.
