Scope and content : November 12, 1960. Kamnan [sub-district headman] considered foreigners as able to adapt themselves to local environments, even if it was not as comfortable as their home. More specifically, Moerman could eat, drink and adjust to the local people and customs well. This was in contrast to Thai people, who tended to complain if there was nothing like the comfort of their home.
