Observations revealed a number of interesting issues such as 1) Tawin did not know anything about the cases until he sat at the bench; 2) the prosecutors asked the court registrar to testify at a trial; 3) Suthon negotiated something with an elderly man at the back of the court and agreed on a price for 5 persons of 400 baht (expense for case conduct?); 4) No smoking was allowed inside the courtroom.
