Scope and content : 12-15 March 1986 - Ancestral Ritual of the Phrae Royal lineage A post known as sao pakam, located at the southern end of the pavilion. In the past buffaloes were slaughtered on the post as a sacrifice to the spirits. Although the sacrifice itself is no longer performed on the post, the ceremony is now conducted by throwing three eggs and dousing them with liqueur and holy water.
