Scope and content : Moerman refers to Aaron Circourel's work (1963) on problems faced by teachers and students, for instance lack of motivation and unwillingness to work among students, and attempts by teachers to encourage students to work. He also refers to the work of Perelman (1963) on respecting leadership and, following Plato, the basic elements of a discussion required to determine a rational argument. In addition, he refers to the definition of the word "truth" and elements of evidence.
