March 26, 1969. A tractor owner consulted Prawin regarding litigation over the ownership and related person’s claim of wage from the tobacco farm plow. Another man came to consult Prawin on a testament.

Civil case against a bus company.

March 5, 1969. Prawin decided to file the lawsuit against not only the driver, but also the transport company.

December 6. 96 villagers jointly signed calling for the resignation of the headman. Finally, the court dismissed the case.

Heroin case with experienced withness.

December 19, 1968. Moerman attended the investigation of the heroin case. The police officer who was handling this case was called first to testify. He explained to the judge his involvement with this case, and he could skillfully answer the questions. Another witness, who was the daughter of the defendant, had no previous knowledge that her father sold heroin.

Young girl accused of heroin sale.

December 13, 1969. The girl aged between 8 to 10 years old was caught because of a heroin smuggling case. However the judge had not returned the verdict. Because the judge believed that the girl was deceived into drug smuggling.

Murder at Nan.

January 17, 1969. Both witnesses testified that they heard gunshots at the scene. But they did not see the criminal. The police corrupted one of the witnesses. The judge started to believe Thawee that the defendant was threatened by the police into signing the confession.

Nan meuder case.

December 30, 1968. Thawee believed that the threatening of the witness by the plaintiff could not affect the lawsuit because he had well prepared the witnesses' testimony. If anything occurred which may be harmful to his party, his friends who worked at the post would send a message to notify him immediately.
