Mothers Sues son.

January 30, 1969. A woman sued her son, who had forged her signature as attorney-in-fact to buy land instead of her own.

Nimmanhaeminda versus Na Chiangmai.

February 17, 1969. The lawsuit was about the right of the care-taker of the Central Market, Chiang Mai (Ton Lum Yai Market – information by translator). The family Nimmanahaeminda adduced that they possessed more than half the market shares. But the family Na Chiang Mai claimed these shares were acquired by fraud and his family remained the principal owners of the market. The people in Chiang Mai were interested in the case, because both of the families were well-known. The Provincial Court requested that both families solve the dispute and not be in discordance.
