September 25, 1961 A letter from a person dwelling at USIS on Sathorn Road to Moerman to express congratulations for the birth of his newborn daughter. He or she told of flooding in the North and high numbers of deceased due to lack of swimming skills.

September 29, 2504 B.E. A letter from Singkaew Suriyakham to Moerman, expressing gladness to Moerman for meeting his newborn daughter. He asked Moerman to buy the book ‘London after dark’ and other writings of Fabian, and spoke about the flood in Pong district, where there were more than 40 people dead.

November 2, 2504 A letter from Khamsai to Moerman, expressing gladness to Moerman over birth of his new daughter. Many villagers liked her name (Deborah). Nang Eu had also given birth and died, but the baby survived and had to be fed with cow's milk.

December 25, 1961 Letter from Moerman to Praya Anumanrajadhon, expressing regret about the tardy reply of his letter, because of works and rearing his daughter. He was grateful to Praya Anumanrajadhon for correcting his Thai writing.

January 8, 2505 B.E. A letter from Praya Anumanrajadhon to Moerman, about a correction in a letter and wishing him a New Year celebration.

A letter in which Praya-anumanrajchadhon corrected a word that was wrong. He expressed gratitude for the opportunity to see Moerman in America and invited Praya-anumanrajchadhon to see Ann Arbor. Moerman expressed regret over hearing the illness of the ambassador.

July 26, 2505 B.E. A letter from Praya Anuman Rajchadhon to Moerman, replying to Moerman about his invitation to Ann Arbor, and relating details about his trip to New York.

February 20 2505 B.E. Letter from Po Saeng and Kao to Moerman expressing thankfulness for the photo of Moerman's daughter and told about their daughter, Chan Fong. The latter was beginning to walk and to speak. They wished Moerman and his family to be happy while staying in America.

March 2505 B.E. A letter from Po Oui to Moerman, expressing gladness that Moerman still thought of him, and relating that the people in Ban Phaed still were well. He wished Moerman and his family happiness.
