January 20, 1969. Moerman went to the State Attorney’s Office for requestioning on the explanation for the processes from the reports that he used to copy, such as regarding fines, submitting the defendants to prosecutors, etc.

March 18, 1969. Moerman went to the State Attorney’s Office for data collection. He heard a conversation between the attorney and his assistant on the misappropriation of funds.

April 3, 1969. Somporn provided information to Badin. Many prosecutors in Chiang Mai received graft in various ways, for example a case would not be filed for a court hearing if the defendant did not bribe the attorney.
